+ Ruhige Lage, etwas weg von der Fußgeherzone, aber dennoch nah genung am Strand ca. 5 min..
- Sauberkeit im Zimmer lässt sehr zu Wünschen übrig speziell unter den Betten türmt sich der Staub - Bad und WC waren OK, Tischdecken waren nach dem 1. Frühstück verschmutzt, wurden jedoch für den Rest des Aufenthaltes nicht gewechselt - am Nebentisch kam diesbezüglich eine Beschwerde und prompt wurde -nur dort- alles gewechselt, 1 Paneel der Duschkabine war ausgehängt, Kühlschrank im Zimmer fehlte (war defekt), Scharnier von einem Kasten defekt, Klimaanlage laut (stört in der Nacht) und hatte fast keine Kühlleistung
