Rates per person per day including :
hotel service, tax and private beach with 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds for each room (beach service is granted only during the official season period and only for a minimum of 3 nights stay). Drinks not included. Free WiFi.

The 2012 price list and all the offers do not include any possible increase of vat, currently 10% nor the possible inclusion of the tourist tax.

Discounts

 Children sleeping in a double room with 2 adults or in single room with an adult:
- up to 3 yrs old only with meals 100% discount.
- up to 3 yrs old with cot and meals 75% discount.

Children in double room with extra bed or bunk bed:
- up to 6 yrs old 70%  discount,
- from 6 up to 15 yrs old 50%  discount,
- from 15 yrs old 20%  discount

Discount ( Family room)

Discount for minimum 2 children with 2 adults:
- up to 6 yrs old 35%  discount,
- from 6 up to 15 yrs old 25%  discount,
- from 15 yrs old 10%  discount.

Daily surcharge

- Parking € 2,00 per day to be reserved at time of booking.

- Bicycles for rent (€ 1,00 per hour or € 10,00 per day)

- Fridge € 3,00 per day to be reserved at time of booking.

- For less then 3 days stay there is a supplement of 20% on half board or full board Price.

No reduction for guests who are absent from meals.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the date of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit. Cancellations made after this date will result in the deposit being lost. In the event of late arrival /departure ahead of time or no–show, the client will have  to pay the room for all the agreed period.
